Gospel reading, Wednesday, November 11 (click here)

   Wednesday, November 11
Gospel (Lk 17, 11-19): One day, on his way to Jerusalem, Jesus was passing by the border between Samaria and Galilee, and, entering a village, there met him ten lepers, who stood at a distance and , raising his voice, they said, "Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. To them, he said: "Go and show yourselves to the priests."

And it came to pass, as they went, they were cleansed. One of them, seeing himself cured, came back, praising God in a loud voice; and fell on his face at Jesus' feet and thanked him; and this was a Samaritan. Jesus took the floor and said, "Were not all ten cleansed? The other nine, where are they? Is not it has come back to give glory to God save this stranger. "And he said: "Stand up and go; your faith has saved you. "
