The Gospel of the day, Sunday November 15 (click here)

  Sunday, 15 November
Daily Gospel (Mk 13, 24-32): At that time, Jesus told his disciples: "In those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars will be falling from heaven, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken. Then they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And then he will send the angels and gather his elect from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven.

"From the fig tree learn a parable: When its branch becomes tender and puts forth leaves, ye know that summer is near; well, when you see this happen, know that he is near, at the doors. In truth, I tell you, this generation will not pass away until all these things have taken place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words shall not pass. But of that day and hour no one knows, neither the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father. "
