    Gospel (Mk 5, 21-43): At that time Jesus had crossed again in the boat to the other side, a great crowd gathered to Him; He was at the seashore. Comes one of the rulers of the synagogue named Jairus, and seeing him, fell at his feet and begged him earnestly, saying, "My daughter is about to die; Come and lay your hands on her, to be saved and live. "And he went with him. He was a great multitude that thronged him.

Then, a woman who had an issue of blood twelve years, which had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all to no avail, but rather grew worse, having heard what was said of Jesus, came behind the crowd and touched his cloak. Well said, "If I only touch if only his clothes, I will save me." Immediately wiped the blood supply and felt in her body that she was healed of evil. At once Jesus realized the power had gone out from him, turned in the crowd and said, "Who touched my clothes?". His disciples said to him: "You see the crowd thee, and sayest, 'Who touched me?'". But He looked around to discover that he had. Then the woman, knowing what had happened, came in fear and trembling, and fell before him and told him the whole truth. He said, "Daughter, your faith has saved you; Go in peace and be healed of your disease. "

They were beside themselves, full of wonder. And he strenuously insisted that nobody knew; and told them to give her something to eat.
