Gospel Reading Saturday February 14 (click here)

Liturgical Day: Saturday February 14
Gospel (Mk 8, 1-10): At that time, having again many people with Jesus and had nothing to eat, he called his disciples and said to them, "I have compassion on the multitude, because now three days that remain with me and have nothing to eat. If away fasting to their houses, they will faint on the way, and some of them have come from afar. "His disciples answered him, "How can anyone find enough bread here in the wilderness?". He asked them, "How many loaves do you have?". They replied, "Seven".

Then He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground and took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to his disciples to set before the people, and they set them before the people. And they had a few small fish. And pronouncing the blessing over them, commanded also served. They ate and were satisfied, and collected the scraps left seven baskets. They were about four thousand; and Jesus sent them away. He then climbed into the boat with his disciples and went to the region of Dalmanutha.
