    Gospel (Mk 4, 1-20): At that time Jesus began to teach again by the sea. And so many people gathered around him that he had to climb into a boat, and at sea, sat; everyone was on land to sea. He taught them many things in parables. Les said in his statement: "Listen. Once a sower went out to sow. And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell along the path; the birds came and ate it. Some fell on rocky ground, where it had not much earth, and immediately it sprang up no depth of earth; but when the sun has scorched and no root they withered away. And some fell among thorns; the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. Other seeds fell on good soil and grow and develop, bore fruit; produced some thirty, some sixty, some percent ". And he said, "Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear."
When he was alone, those who were about him with the twelve asked him about the parables. He told them: "To you has been given to understand the mystery of the Kingdom of God, but to those outside everything comes in parables, so much to look not see, much as hear not understand, lest they turn and forgive them. "

And he said: "Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? The sower sows the word. Those along the road where the word is sown are those who, when they hear, Satan comes and takes away the word sown in them. Similarly, sown on rocky ground are those who, hearing the Word, to the point receive it with joy, but they have no root in themselves, but are fickle; and as a tribulation or persecution comes because of the word, succumb quickly. And others are sown among thorns; are those who have heard the word, but the worries of the world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and is unfruitful. And those sown on good ground are those who hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, some thirty, some sixty, and a hundredfold. "
