Liturgical Day: Saturday December 27
    Gospel (Jn 20, 2-8): The first day of the week Mary Magdalene came running to Simon Peter and where the other disciple whom Jesus loved, and said to them, "They have taken away the Lord, and not know where they have laid him. "So Peter and the other disciple, and went toward the tomb. They both ran, but the other disciple ran ahead faster than Peter and reached the tomb first. He bent down and saw the burial cloths; but did not enter. Also comes Simon Peter following him, enters the tomb and sees the linen cloths lying, and the cloth that covered his head, not lying with the linen cloths but rolled up in a place by itself. Then went in also that other disciple, who had reached the tomb first; saw and believed.
