Reading from the Gospel of Today, November 12 (click here)

Liturgical Day: Wednesday November 12
Gospel (Lk 17, 11-19): One day, on his way to Jerusalem Jesus was going through the border between Samaria and Galilee, on entering a village, there met him ten lepers, who stood at a distance and, raising his voice, said, "Jesus, Master, have mercy on us." In them, he said: "Go and show yourselves to the priests."

And it came to pass, as they went they were cleansed. One of them, looking healed, returned, glorifying God in a loud voice; and fell on his face at Jesus' feet and thanked him; and he was a Samaritan. Jesus spoke up and said, "Were not all ten cleansed? The other nine, where are they? Has not been that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. "And he said, "Rise and go; your faith has saved you. "
