Gospel Reading Today, Oct. 15
Liturgical Day: Wednesday October 15
Gospel (Lk 11, 42-46): At that time, the Lord said: "Woe to you Pharisees, because you tithe mint and rue and every herb, and you reject the justice and the love of God! This is what should have practiced without neglecting the others.Woe to you Pharisees, you love the best seat in the synagogues and to be greeted in the marketplaces!Woe to you. Because ye are as graves which appear not, for men that walk without knowing it! "One of the lawyers answered him, "Teacher, by saying these things, we also insulting us!". But He said, "Woe also to you, the lawyers, which you impose intolerable burdens to men, and you do not touch the burdens with one of your or fingers!».
